Class Description:

Warm up, unwind, and release. Stretching is a necessity in preventing injuries and allowing your muscles to perform at their optimal level. Just like you train your muscles to work, you must also train them to relax. This class increases your range of motion and decreases your level of soreness. It will help reduce body stress, tension, and pain. Bring your mat and leave the rest up to us.
